IDA Help: Invoke external help

 Action    name: ExternalHelp
 

In the MS Windows version of IDA, it starts WinHelp with the parameter taken from the cursor location.

The HELPFILE parameter in IDATUI.CFG/IDAGUI.CFG points to the help file name.
